I’ve found the stickers I want but don't know which size to select
Most of our stickers come in different sizes (small/medium/large). In order to decide which size would be the best suit for you, first identify the surface you'd like to stick your sticker on and then measure to see which sticker size would be compatible for it.

Has my order been sent yet ?
Orders are usually sent between 1-7 business days. Once the order has been shipped, you should receive an email confirming it.

Part of my order is missing
We apologize in advance if we have missed part of your order. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will send you your missing orders free of any extra charge.

Which methods of payments can I use?
In order to make the payment process more efficient for you, we offer a wide range of payment methods including credit card, debit card and paypal payment.

Where are the items being shipped from?
Our only head office is located in Montreal, Qc. where all your packages are shipped from. Once we receive your order we try to send your package as soon as we can. We ship internationally (all continents/all regions).

Can you give me more information about the stickers?
All our stickers are made with quality premium matte vinyl paper and are die cut decal stickers.

Can I track my order ?
Unfortunately we do not offer this service. However if you do not receive your items within 90 days of your purchase, we will send you a full refund.

You’ve sent me the wrong items
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please send us an email as soon as you can and we will send you the correct item(s) without any extra charge.

I forgot to use my discount code
No problem. Just send us a quick email with your discount code within a 48 hours period and include your order information and we will refund you the discount amount applied to your purchase.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?
Here at Afsi Stickers we work very hard to get your items delivered to you as quick as possible. Items are usually sent for shipment within 48 hours of the order but there may be delays depending on the volume of orders we receive. Items delivery may vary depending on your distance from our head office.
